We have an immediate need for a Lead Cook (Cook 1). Lead Cooks plan and prepare meals using mostly whole food, vegetarian ingredients for groups of 15-40 people. Knowledge of vegan and gluten-free cooking is desirable. Professional experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred, but not required. Compensation is $23/hour. Housekeeper
The Housekeeper/Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and preparing the lodge, cottages, and huts for retreat guests. Professional cleaning/housekeeping experience required. The person will average 10-15 hours per week when we have retreats, and 2-10 hours per week when we do not. The schedule is negotiable. Compensation is $22/hour. Gardener
The Gardener will work with our Facilities and Grounds Caretaker to maintain the landscaping around Inner Light Lodge and other areas as needed. The person will work up to 8 hours per week during peak season. The schedule is negotiable. Compensation is $21/hour. Click here for the application.
