Coaching at the Edge

Daring Action for a Changing World
Led by Gina Kellogg, MCC and Mary Kuentz, PCC
Thursday, July 30 at 4 pm – Sunday, August 2 at 1 pm
The Coaching at the Edge Retreat is the place to explore how to use our coacing-informed skills to impact our world. You can expect both personal transformation as well as fresh models and frameworks to use in your work. Get clear about how your particular skills can best meet the needs of the world, and do it IN REAL LIFE, embodied, with those who know the value of coaching skills and community. Who is it for? Anyone with any coaching training who uses those skills in any setting. There will be experienced coaches at the sunset of their career and new coaches wondering how to best apply their skills. There will be leaders, parents, educators, and others who are dedicated to using a coach-approach. If you’ve had coach training and want to go deeper, you’ll find your people here.
Mentoring Add-On Day – Stay an extra day to fulfill ICF requirements or to deepen your skills. 2 pm Sunday August 2 through 2 pm Monday August 3, 2026 Extend your Coaching at the Edge retreat for an extra day of deep exploration and growth. Experience 7 hours of group coaching designed to expand your skill, presence, and authenticity. This relaxed and intimate group experience meets the ICF group mentoring requirement.
