Harmonic Expressions Presents a free event with pre-registration (very limited space)
Here’s a gentle invitation to rest and schedule some time for you. The invitation includes: Creative self care practices using percussions. The winter months have arrived and there is a need for community and connection. If you tend to sink into your home and retreat away from people during this precious time of year, may we offer you an opportunity to begin this winter with fresh, warm vibrations. Feel inspired to begin the upcoming year with rejuvenated energy!

*The event is 2 hours from start to finish
*Playing drums lasts for approximately 90 minutes or more in total
*Guests always have the option to move around or sit at anytime

Who are the Heartworks Team and what is Creative Rhythms?
The Heartworks is a smaller team of certified facilitators from the trademarked, Creative Rhythms Team. Creative Rhythms offers facilitator training in expressive arts, rhythm wellness and sound meditation and offers a wide variety of events for hire since 2005.
