Reclaiming The Joy of Self Expression

Join us for a weekend of creative expression, connection, joy, and liberation of your voice and spirit! We’ll engage in:
- Guided meditations to nourish us and restore well-being
- Simple, soulful songs with harmony layers, taught in a supportive environment
- Breath, toning and movement practices to inspire creative expression
- Writing & group discussion to gain insight on obstacles to personal liberation
- Vocal Improvisation to encourage playfulness and freedom
- An evening of shared songs, poems and/or artworks
- Free time for resting or exploring the trails of the beautiful 236 acres on which the center resides
Cost: $495 (until March 25th), then $525
Cost includes the retreat program, two overnights in a single room and five delicious vegetarian meals.
Double rooms with two beds (a single and full size) are available by request to those attending with a friend or family member. Each person will receive a 5% discount.
A $75 deposit reserves your place. The balance is due by April 1st 2026.

About Your Retreat Leaders:

Elisa S. Keeler M.A. Transpersonal Psychology, specialization in Creativity and Innovation. Elisa has offered soul nourishing singing workshops since 2005. She is a retreat facilitator, song leader, singer and composer with three albums of music that are available on all streaming platforms. Elisa also teaches the Hidden Treasure program, a three-year course in personal and spiritual growth that takes place at Light on the Hill Retreat Center.

Tracy LJ Robertson is a performing and recording vocalist and vocal percussionist, vocal arranger, music director, and facilitator in the world of empowerment through music. Tracy works in organizations like the Urban Voices Project, Gaia Music Collective and in spaces where music and improvisation are explicitly inviting and supporting healing and empowerment in community. Through his new project, Vocal Bloom, Tracy is building community through events and workshops for musicians from all walks of life, engaging their voices and bodies through playful self-surprise and connection through musical creativity.
