• Breath, Toning and Movement Practices to inspire creative expression.
• Writing Exercises to bring awareness to any obstacles to personal liberation.
• Discussion Topics which may include: The Courage to Free the Voice, True Self Expression, and Clearing Inner Obstacles.
• An evening of shared songs or poems.
• Free time for resting or exploring the trails of the beautiful 236-acre Light on the Hill Retreat Center.

Early Registration: $425 by April 1st. Double rooms with two beds (a single and full size) are available by request to those attending with a friend or family member. Each person will receive a 5% discount.

About Your Retreat Leader: Elisa S. Keeler, M.A Transpersonal Psychology with a specialization in Creativity and Innovation, is a retreat facilitator, sacred ceremony leader, composer, song leader and singer. Since 2011 she has been a teacher of the Hidden Treasure Program, a 3-year course in personal and spiritual growth, at Light on the Hill Retreat Center. Elisa the founder of Freeing Your Voice, a workshop series devoted to group singing, and has facilitated voice workshops for twenty years. In all of her work, Elisa emphasizes the importance of connecting with inner guidance, purpose, passion, creativity, joy, spirituality, and community. As a performing neo-soul singer, songwriter and recording artist, Elisa has released three albums: Red Sky, Soul of the Earth and Songs for the Circle, which are available on all streaming platforms. The teachings of the Hidden Treasure Program influence the lyrics that she writes.
