Let Your Light Shine! -A Women’s Renewal Retreat

As we find ourselves in ongoing turbulent times, you may be longing for connection, community, and space to allow your nervous system to settle down. You may also be looking for an outlet to release, create, and express. Retreat offers this sanctuary, this space, and this sacred time. Barb and Sandra partner to weave a tapestry of meditation, expressive art, reflective journaling, drumming, dance, and sound healing to support your journey. Carol Moon will offer gentle yoga several times throughout the retreat as a way to integrate and embody what’s arising. This retreat will invite you to slow down, huddle up, and go within while also tuning into creative expression and rhythm… within the circle of a loving community of women. There will be a blend of group time, solo time and plenty of time and space for you to get what you need and want out of this experience. Everything is offered as a invitation in support of what would be nourishing and nurturing for you.

The retreat promises to be joyful, relaxing, inspirational, nourishing, and enlightening. **In order to keep us all safe, healthy, and comfortable, this year we are hosting a fully-vaccinated group.
As COVID protocol and awareness continues to dictate events in 2022, this allows us to provide a deeply immersive, nourishing experience for all participants.**
Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner from Friday dinner through Tuesday lunch. All meals will be prepared by Light on the Hill and are vegetarian (gluten and dairy-free requests can be honored if requested at time of registration). You are welcome to bring your own food if what the retreat offers does not meet your needs.
Early bird rate $1333 through 6/30. After 6/30 $1500.
Registration rate includes $500 non-refundable deposit. Proof of COVID Vaccination must be submitted prior to retreat.

Since 2013, Barb Klein has led over 45 retreats and programs helping hundreds of people come home to themselves and develop practices of self-care, self-compassion, and mindfulness. The founder of Inspired Possibility, Barb is a Possibilitator, certified life coach, certified recovery coach, meditation instructor, and the author of 111 Invitations: Step into the Full Richness of Life. Barb helps women who have lost connection with their inner wisdom and guidance to reconnect with themselves as they recover and reclaim their lives. She also walks alongside family members impacted by addiction, changing the way they live and love. Barb’s work is grounded in compassion, mindfulness, self-care, and self-compassion.
Sandra Sabene has been leading arts and healing workshops, trainings and retreats since 2004. As the founder of Creative Rhythms trademarked programs, she has inspired 100s of participants to step into their creative pathway through art, rhythm and mindfulness practices. As a certified recovery coach, Reiki Master Teacher and award winning visual artist, Sandra teaches the blend of arts and healing as a way to dig deeper and connect through community building activities. Her TEDX talk, The Art of Letting Go, inspires an adjusted view of self expression through art and music that evokes a desire to experience creativity as a self care practice and let go of the outcome through the art of being present.
