The first weekend of Spring, through a retreat of gentle yoga and other restorative yogic practices, allow yourself to calm the body and mind, preparing to re-enter your life with renewed energy, focus, and motivation.

Who? All over the age of 16 are welcome.

What? Come practice gentle Vinyasa, yoga nidra meditation, yin, restorative yoga, chanting, and breathwork to calm the nervous system and prepare you to bloom with the flowers for Spring! Besides our yoga practices, a Fire Ceremony and a guided hike will be included, weather permitting. There will be time both for chatting with the other like-minded participants and for quiet self-reflection.

Included in the cost: Vegetarian meals (dinner from Thursday night through lunch on Sunday), with vegan and gluten-free options, a private room, all activities, and a 30-minute bodywork session.

Participants should bring their own yoga mat, blocks, straps, bolsters, and covers for both the yoga practice and for the Fire Ceremony. Linens and towels are provided in your private room.
