There will be time both for chatting with the other like-minded participants and for quiet self-reflection.
Included in the cost: Vegetarian meals (dinner from Thursday night through lunch on Sunday), with vegan and gluten-free options, a private room, all activities, and a 30-minute bodywork session.
Participants should bring their own yoga mat, blocks, straps, bolsters, and covers for both the yoga practice and for the Fire Ceremony. Linens and towels are provided in your private room.
