About Your Retreat Leader: MASTER SOUND HEALER + TEACHER | YOGA TEACHER | AYURVEDA + ENERGY MEDICINE PRACTITIONER Teacher, visionary, mentor, and community builder, Saraswati Om has taught yoga and meditation for over 2 decades. She is a Crystal Tones authorized distributor and a sound healing facilitator, tuned-in to the healing potential of crystal alchemy bowls and gongs. Now residing in majestic Iceland, Saraswati leads classes, retreats, ceremonies, and workshops. She still continues to teach across the globe as well as on her online platform. Saraswati OM is originally from Central New York where she opened the first Yoga Wellness & Sound Center in her region. She held the space successfully for 17 years, training yoga teachers as well as sound and ceremony practitioners from all over the world. Working alongside living Yoga Master Sri Dharma Mittra, she is a Senior Dharma Teacher with over 1000 hrs of training and study of the complete Vedic Sciences including Ayurveda and Nada Yoga.
