We’re not free to be who we want to be, feel how we want to feel, or live the life we want to live when we’re engaged in ceaseless, unconscious, redundant rumination.
During this retreat (for anyone identified as a woman), we’ll work & play together to uncover & deconstruct these habitual musings. We’ll practice how to a) catch them with no judgment; b) course-correct swiftly. Expect large- and small-group activities, deepening dyad processes, individual self-reflection. Several hours will be carved out on Saturday for silent, loosely structured, self-directed solo time.
We’ll set up a kind & confidential container for the weekend, held by the simple, sacred beauty of Light on the Hill, to join together as an impermanent supportive community of women, holding ourselves & one another in the highest light.
You can love being in your own head, body, being— life. All we explore & practice here will be clear & practical, easily applied to your day-to-day reality.
Food: You’ll be gorgeously fed by Light on the Hill cooks, from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. All food is vegetarian and gluten-free, with vegan options available. Though you won’t be policed in any way, you’re invited not to bring sugar supplements, but instead to allow the food provided to be enough to nourish and support your process.
Cost: $388 is early bird fee, to be paid by April 21. After that, the full fee is $421. A nonrefundable deposit of $33 will secure your place. For the early-bird price, balance due must be mailed by April 11.
