The Embodied Present Process (or TEPP for short) is a modality taught worldwide that helps people reunite the restless intelligence of the head with the deep, attuned intelligence of the body. Our disconnection from the body’s intelligence is something we are conditioned into by our culture. It is a trend that began thousands of years ago, and creates our larger problems of disconnection: from the world around us, from our deeper purpose, and from our sense of belonging and security. As a result, we live with restlessness, anxiety, and reactivity – and consider that state of being to be inevitable. The centrepiece of TEPP is a two-day workshop called Radical Wholeness. The TEPP Facilitators Training is a year-long program that prepares participants to master the practices of the workshop, and at the same time recognizes that to share these practices with others, it is crucial to be able to live in the state of wholeness the work facilitates. So the focus of the training is to help participants recover sensitivities of the body that are systematically dulled by our culture. As such, the training is suitable not just for those interested in becoming facilitators, but for anyone wishing to live from a place of wholeness.
