We are living through unprecedented times! The levels of fear are at an all time high due to the Covid virus and all of the changes that have come as a result of that, as well as the division and turmoil politically. Can we and should we really live with a feeling of peace with all of this going on?
The answer is Yes!
The theme of this retreat is: The Strength of a Peaceful Heart and Mind. We will explore the benefits of having a peaceful mind for ourselves, our family and our world and the power and strength of maintaining this energy! We will also learn and practice easy and effective tools such as Yoga, Breathwork, Qi Gong, Journaling, Forest Bathing and Meditation to acquire this inner strength!
The meals for this retreat (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast) will be gluten-free and dairy-free.
