Women’s Retreat with Bani Aello—Adapting to Change with Ease and Grace

Two of our greatest tools for healing are our Breath and the use of Sound. At this retreat you will learn to become your own Sound Healer! You will also learn various forms of Pranayama that will help you to adapt to the changes in life as well as experience greater levels of joy and peace!
This women’s retreat will include Women’s Circles, Gentle Yoga, Sound Healing, Mediation, Qi Gong, Forest Bathing, Journeydance and an Art Experience led by a guest professional artist, Casey Maura (“Miss Casey”). I’m excited that “Miss Casey” will be joining us on our retreat to share her amazing techniques and spiritual wisdom that reflects so beautifully in her art!
You will experience a transformation through all of our rejuvenating practices, Mindful Yoga, Meditation, Gatherings, along with free time for reflection, connection with nature, and more. Women may choose to participate in the activities they are interested in but I ask that we all gather for the Circles. All activities are included in the cost!
Meals: All meals will be gluten free, dairy free vegetarian with some gluten and dairy options.
Retreat Cost: $425, which includes lodging, all meals, and all activities; double occupancy is available for relatives or those who live together for $400.

What is Qi Gong? Qi Gong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent.
Retreat Facilitator: Bani Aello
Bani is a former school teacher who now helps others learn and practice techniques to release stress and increase their experience of joy and inner peace in spite of any circumstances. She is certified to teach the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course through the University of California San Diego’s Medical Center. She is also completing her 500 Hour Yoga Certification and has been teaching Yoga and leading retreats for 10 years and teaching Meditation for 15 years.
Guest Artist: Casey Maura
Miss Casey is a painter whose art is “intuitive and intentional to bring healing, creativity and wholehearted peace to this deeply aching world.” As a creator she “lives to paint”, facilitate workshops, and is a motivational speaker. Miss Casey’s art will leave you with a sense that everything will be okay. “We will find the peace despite the sorrow, we will rise above the suffering despite the pain, and we will do so together.”
