Lose Your Unwanted Fears.
Led by a team of awesome men including Jamie Yaman and based on the work of John Aigner.
Friday November 15, 2 pm – Sunday November 17, 5 pm.
Are you longing for a heightened sense of freedom and courage in your life? Do you feel there is a ton of unused potential in your self-confidence, self-motivation and sexual power? Do you want to thrive with the support of group of conscious men?
Then this workshop is for you.
Where does societal programming and over-thinking keep you inside a “fear machine” that prevents you from going further and deeper as a man?
This workshop will take you on an embodied and playful journey to uncover and face your subconscious fears and inhibitions. In a safe space you can experience a series of exercises, both challenging and liberating. Lean into the edges of comfort zones and learn how to decidedly overcome what is holding you back, emerging as a freer man.
Dare to playfully explore a much broader range of emotions and behavior options than our present-day male image has probably ever allowed or taught you. Fearlessly re-connect your head with you heart and balls, play the whole keyboard of your masculine range, experience the bliss of opening up in a supportive band of brothers – and enjoy the power and strength that flows when the blockages of fear and worry subside.
Excel through a deeply-felt sense of masculine community and emerge as a man more free and courageous as you return to your life back home.
The exercises are from John Aigner’s Male Depth™ catalog blending inspiration from a wide array of genres including sexual psychology, yogic embodiment, improv theater, leadership training techniques and others. The workshop includes a session on implementing your new-found freedoms into all aspects of your life as well as a free online forum and a 2-month program of exercises to continue your journey back home.
Cost: $495, includes meals
